I am an experienced IT Architect, Analyst and Project Leader. Across several assignments I had the opportunity to participate in IT projects from their early phase by gathering, understanding and analysing the business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements, until their delivery ensuring that the projects are delivered in due time, according to the planning and budget and meeting the expected quality in terms of functionality, security, ergonomics, scalability, maintainability and performance.

This implied being the bridge between the business representatives, the management and the technical and operational teams, where my communication and negotiation skills were useful and where my strong commitment helped in achieving the objectives.

My technical knowledge and hands-on experience, which I like to keep up to date, were several times a key factor to success when important strategic and technical decisions had to be made.

I would like to continue my career in a challenging environment where I can apply the skills and share the experience I have acquired so far and where the opportunities to learn and progress are present.
