Требования:
•higher education.
•1-2 years experience in a similar position in a foreign commercial business preferred.
•fluent english oral & written skills.
•personable and professional demeanor essential for interaction with vip clients.
Должностные обязанности:
•travel support to delegations traveling to/within russia under the us-russian government program.
•comprehensive trip planning, ticketing for russian air and rail, coordination of ground transportation and lodging, arranging interpreter/translation support, provision of administrative support as required.
•trip coordination and planning on web-based interface.
•interact directly (written and orally in english) with us government representatives on trip coordination.
