Требования:
Key requirements:
• Complete fluency in English and Russian.
• University graduate, preferably with a Business оr MBA degree.
• Experience of working in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
• 3+ years’ experience of successful value based B2B/consultative selling targeting senior executive level (HR Director, Purchasing Director and potentially CEO level in large corporations).
• Personal network at Senior Management level within major Russian and multinational companies mandatory (network within HR Directors, Learning & Development Directors community a strong plus).
• Strong pipeline management skills.
• Hunger to develop new business – tenacity and persistence.
• “Killer instinct”: constant over-achiever, highly competitive, creative and solutions-oriented.
• Good customer focus/orientation and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Self-motivation, passionate, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Enjoys challenge and a fast paced international corporate culture.
• Ability to develop long lasting business relationships.

Должностные обязанности:
Specific responsibilities:

• assume responsibility for all phases of the sales process.
• develop and maintain a personal network at senior executive level (c-level) in large, local and international, corporations in russia.
• as a key member of the ef lls team, participate in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for russia.
• contribute in setting best practice at global level.

Условия работы:
З/п достойная, обсуждается на собеседовании. Стабильный оклад + бонус раз в квартал.
