•local languages and business english
experience:
•must be able to demonstrate past experience (at least 5 years in managing national or multinational accounts preferably within the imaging or print management industry) and success in the role applying for or, must be able to demonstrate minimum standards needed to be employed in job role
•in the case of ‘vertical’ market specialists – ten years successful track record of achieving targets working within and selling to the vertical market or industry specified
Должностные обязанности:
•account and relationship management: ensure all targets are achieved by selling value propositions including products, solutions and professional solutions to new and existing customers within selected accounts and territories
•constantly develop and maintain strong relationships by visiting customer’s key contacts and partners. Be the key contact person for direct accounts.
•effective mif management of nominated accounts to ensure accurate records are maintained and the administration of the account is kept in order, through effectively use on a daily basis of iris and sales on-line database systems
•on an ongoing basis analyse and evaluate the co-operation and ability to adapt to the key customers need
•actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up to date with the industry by retrieving, monitoring, and generating sales / kpi reports by account and channel
•create and implement a customer account plan in-line with market and target
•on an ongoing basis discuss with the customer’s key influencers the vision for the future, and be active in the development of new business areas of the customer
