Senior engineer for r&d

Требования:
•master or ph.D. Degree in any of the following areas; electrical engineering, material science, mechatronics engineering.
•minimum 5 years of work experience in research and development, outsourcing, information analysis, patent search, technology expertise, etc.
•english language.
•ability to give group presentations to executive level audiences.
•superior project management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet.
•strong cross-functional leadership with excellent track record of collaboration

Должностные обязанности:
•inspects and directs testing for the interest r&d areas to verify operational performance and support local r&d project to commercialization.
•frequently shows ability to generate new technology and ideas, and identify new r&d opportunities and developing execution plans.
•create innovative idea and develop prototype to verify the performance.
•communicate with corporate r&d lab and company r&d lab to support their project.
•work with multifunctional teams consisting of plant engineers, marketing and technology personnel to commercialize and optimize these processes.
•collaborate with manufacturing team to take new processes/products from the laboratory to production, ensuring consistent manufacturing performance.
•establishes procedures for the operation and maintenance of test and evaluation equipment.
•consistently makes sound decisions by distinguishing facts from intuition, and makes effective judgments by fully leveraging existing rules and procedures.
•maintain a safe lab.
