Требования:
•legal education, minimum 3-4 years job experience
•work experience in an international company
•fluent in english


Должностные обязанности:
•control customer contracts
•control supplier contracts (incl. Transport, office supplies, car management, )
•control and negotiate contracts with office and warehouse landlords
•control and develop contracts for sale of technical service
•control employment contracts
•control and maintain guarantee contracts in local language
•communicate and coordinate with external lawyers and courts
•drive the overdue collection process using legal procedures
•мonitoring local laws/regulations for hse
