Head of planning

Требования:
Degree level education or equivalent, preferably in a numerical discipline;
good english;
demonstrated leader in supply chain planning including sales and operations planning (s&op) and long term demand forecasting (3-5 years);
broad knowledge and experience of manufacturing, supply chain operations and planning processes in an fmcg, with an understanding of market and promotional dynamics;
strong analytical capability and ability to problem solve and balance conflicting objectives;
good management and communication skills and with strong customer service focus;
ability to work under pressure of conflicting demands and time constraints.


Должностные обязанности:
Demand planning, production and distribution planning (6 factories, 5 distribution centers, over 160 skus);
manage a team of 8 direct reports;
optimization of planning activities, control over supply chain procedures implementation;
leading cost-saving projects.
