• university degree
• 5+ years of training experience preferably in a multinational company
• practical business experience (sales and/or marketing) is a plus
• experience in leading management programs
• excellent communication skills
• strong facilitation skills
• business knowledge
• fluent english

• customer-focused
• positive attitude
• highly motivated and energetic
• strong people’s skills with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people


Должностные обязанности:

responsibilities

• leading customer service training programs
• customization and adaptation of licensed training programs
• training project management (needs analysis, program development, follow-up)
