• fluent in english both written and spoken
• practical, hands-on, self-starter
• engineer with good understanding of cutting tools and general engineering principles
• highly motivated decision-maker
• previous experience in production management is a plus
• customer-orientated
• works well under pressure
• willing to travel
• forward-thinking
• ability to make own budgets for future expansion and development of production


Должностные обязанности:
Responsibilities

• scheduling the production, organization of the production staff.
• cooperate with the other department managers and support them for a smooth running of the production schedule.
• asses and carry out training requirements for production and service personnel.
• maintaining stock levels of production consumables and spare parts.
• cooperate with customers on tooling requirements.
• cooperate with all levels of the internal management and the headquarters.
• cooperate with the production managers from other production centers.
• deal with the production related matters as safety regulations, local regulations for working time, waste management, security management etc.
• keep up to date on market forces and competitors techniques, processes and related information’s.
• assist the director in budgetary matters for the production department.
• all other duties which are required for the smooth running of the production department.
