Requirements:

• fluent in english both written and spoken
• practical, hands-on, self-starter
• person with sound education in finance/economics
• highly motivated decision-maker
• general knowledge of russian accounting system and international accounting principles is a plus
• previous experience in finance management or accounting is a plus
• customer-orientated
• works well under pressure
• willing to travel
• forward-thinking


Должностные обязанности:
Responsibilities:

 financial, controlling and reporting functions
 monitoring and controlling of local performance, implementation of internal control process
 analysis of key financial indicators and implementation of improvement measures
 maintenance of budgeting, forecasting, investment and reporting processes per corporate guidelines
 active participation in review and implementation of business models decided for each division
 control, training and sharing knowledge of local financial personnel
 developing and directing the activities of the professional staff involved with the financial aspects of local operations, including credit and collections, cash management, foreign currency hedging and intercompany financing
 providing of continuous support and service to all internal customers
