Project manager

Требования:
Oversee the timely initiation, management, and closure of a portfolio of various projects while fostering the adoption of emerging project management maturity initiatives. The senior project manager will be responsible managing critical interdependencies of related projects, and for driving the successful and timely delivery of mission critical initiatives through the use of established project management (pmi) practices and standards set by the project management office (pmo).

1. ultimate responsibility for the quality and execution of project plans. Maintains all financial, labor-based and status-related information for all projects managed within the program(s).
2. create and maintain a collaborative work environment, set goals, give clear direction, provide decisive and positive feedback to members of the team, and empower individuals to take initiative and responsibility for their projects.
3. demonstrate and insist on ethical and professional behavior in accordance with corporate values
4. accountable for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous large projects. Work together with business and technology leads to build well-structured project plans that segment projects into pre-defined phases.


Условия работы:
• certified as a project management professional (pmp) or equivalent
• minimum 5-10 years of experience of seasoned, full life-cycle management of large scale projects
• demonstrated ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
• prior involvement with high-visibility projects and managing multiple projects concurrently
• experience with project management tools (i.E., ms project, rational portfolio manager (pmo) is helpful
• proven exceptional written, verbal and graphical presentation skills
• financial systems implementation experience with big4 corporations
• ms dynamics ax experience
