Требования:
At least 8-10 years of general management and business development management experience, including sales, operations and p&l management
flexible leadership style and strong, detail-oriented communication skills to motivate diverse people in different locations and cultures
must be able to re locate and live in saudi arabia, riyadh
an entrepreneurial spirit
ability to build a strong team
a solid understanding of unified communication & contact center business.
ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects to completion
ability to think quickly and adapt to changing environments
superior communication, presentation and negotiation skills a must
knowledge of and interest in participatory sports and activities
desired language skills: english (required), arabic (preferred)


Должностные обязанности:
Develop growth strategy for increasing sales and profitability of saudi arabia business.
exceed quota goals for both revenue and stay within budget for expenses
set sales targets and revenue goals for sales team members. Implement measurable sales performance criteria and standards for team with metrics and scorecards for each person and territory.
develop business relationships with key industry experts and large clients
manage business development, analysis and evaluation of strategic alliances
interview, select, hire, train and coach staff.
manage operational issues as needed (office space, contracts, etc)
maintain daily communication to team to motivate and share goals, vision and progress.
leverage support functions (legal, accounting and human resources staff) to develop and assist with needs.

Ist company is seeking a motivated, smart and highly productive general manager who has a background in sales, business strategy and development as well as experience in operational matters. We are looking for a person who has communication skills to engage on all levels of management and staff across our organization to develop, drive and execute sales and business strategies to produce tangible results. This position reports to the managing director for ist, and is located in saudi arabia riyadh.

this position is responsible for driving business growth and performance, sales, account management, will have profit and loss responsibilities, and coordinating across the middle east team to execute strategy. This individual must possess experience as a cross-organizational general manager.

experience in managing entrepreneurial sales and expansion for a fast-paced company — particularly with a unified ip communication &/or contact center technology focus —is highly desirable.
