Требования:

report to divisional controller or cfo

requirements:
education - higher in finance field (accounting or finance management)
english - fluent
qualifications - cima (preferable), exprience in us gaap (ias)

experience: at least 6-7 years in finance field, at least 3-5 years as finance controller (finance manager, finance analysis manager or equivalent) with multinationals. Experience with known erp (sap preferable), and sox. Strong business processes orientation.

Role:
responsible for the direction of financial control to support division/business objectives including all aspects of profit center accounting and control, budgets, plans, cost and operation analysis, administrative systems and procedures and adherence with prescribed corporate and division policies.

main accountability:
responsible for analysis and control of company profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and capital expenditure budgets. Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operation results and trends. Manage a small team of support staff.

start with 120 000 gross rur per month plus 20% annual bonus.
