Должностные обязанности:
• carry out “on-the-job training/coaching” for the sales force, follow up the implementation of classroom seminars and assess the progress of the individuals in order to provide field force with effective practical skills and to modify the existing training programs on the basis of current business needs analysis
• carry out audits for the sales force to identify training needs, to assess the effectiveness of the sales personnel performance and fulfillment of company targets.
• prepare and deliver various seminars for the sales force. Make sure that all dedicated sales force is properly informed of corporate job standards. Actively participate in new training development and deliver new training to field force in order to increase their work efficiency.
• participate in the update and implementation of performance standards, evaluation and appraisal forms to ensure high motivation level of the field force.
